Industrious Design and Fabrication was founded in 2024 as a joint venture between Sanders Construction Group and TS Ironworks to fill market gaps for industrial fabrication services. Industrious strives to provide complete end-to-end solutions to customers, from drafting and design, to fabrication, to installation on customer sites as part of its overall strategy.

Since our founding, we have proudly incorporated the latest industry technologies. Every project begins with meticulous design and engineering in CAD, ensuring unparalleled quality and accuracy from the quoting process onward. We schedule all work through a manufacturing ERP system, maximizing efficiency and enabling us to deliver precise timelines and results to our customers. On our shop floor, we have invested in state-of-the-art fabrication machinery, including multiple plasma tables, digital lathes and mills, and a computer-controlled band saw, ensuring exceptional adherence to specifications.
